Organizeaza-te sa ai cele mai bune optiuni de masa, indiferent de locul in care te afli.
Fie ca este in natura sau la restaurant opteaza mereu pentru varianta "mai sanatoasa"!

D**a sarcina revenirea intr-o forma fizica buna si la un tonus muscular optim reprezinta doua obiective deloc usoare, insa este important sa nu amanam reintoarcerea in sala cat mai curand si sa ne regasim cadenta.
Laura este un exemplu pentru multe doamne ai domnisoare deoarece ea a inteles ca nu kilogramele sunt cele care trebuie sa primeze, ci compozitia corporala, starea generala de bine, un nivel ridicat de fitness, intr-un cuvant: SANATATEA.
Antrenamentele cu greutati au ajutat-o pe ea nu sa devina o SHE HULK๐Ÿซ ๐Ÿค“, ci sa aiba un tonus muscular crescut, sa fie mai puternica si, poate nu in ultimul rand, sa aiba un metabolism mai crescut aka poate manca MAI MULT๐ŸคŒ๐Ÿพ๐Ÿคค๐Ÿซก. TENTANT, nu?!?
Diferenta de kilograme intre minimul si maximul din aceste poze este de numai 3kg, ceea ce intareste ce este scris mai sus.
Da-ti timp si investeste energie, iar in scurt timp vei ajunge in cea mai buna forma a ta. EVER! Iti garantezโœŒ๐Ÿพโœ…๏ธ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿพ๐Ÿš€

Food is our fuel...the better we eat, the better we feel. The more we pay attention to our nutrition, the better the results. It is normal for us to have some ups and downs, but it should be about exceptions when we cheat. Nobody got fit from a good dish, nobody got fat from a one time junk food. Be consistent!
