USTIX by Urbhanize® Urbhanize® is a dance fitness program based on the urban moves from street dance and Hip-Hop.

Urbhanize® is combining the coolest moves with rocking hot Hip-Hop music, adding high cardio elements from the Pakistani/Indian folk dance Bhangra. The format of Urbhanize® is very easy to follow and to teach, and will for sure get people into that groovy and happy feeling, while working up a great sweat. The benefits of Urbhanize are not only great cardio respiratory effects, as toning parts are

incorporated to give an awesome all over body workout and great shaped muscles. The idea of Urbhanize® is to bring something new and different into the growing dance fitness industry, by giving the students an opportunity to express a cool attitude while feeling and following the great vibes and beat from the funky music. Having them work out while having fun, leaving stress and other thoughts outside the class room. Through Urbhanize®, students will feel a high, pumping endorphins, and increased heart rate, which will positively benefit them both physically and mentally.

Our Story

Urbhanize® was launched on January 1st 2015 by Dennis W. Thomsen.

A dance fitness program based on the streetdance spiced up with moves from the pakistani/indian folk dance bhangra. 75% Street, 25% Bhangra - 100% amazing mix of 2 different cultures. Urbhanize® instructor trainings are for everyone and a program which is easy to teach and easy to follow. A very important point!!

In November 2016 Dennis W. Thomsen launched Urbhanize Shorties® - another dance fitness program but for instructors teaching kids classes. The program is mainly for our youngsters in between the age of 6-12. Everyone can join the Urbhanize Shorties® program.

2018 is the year where it is time to launch another new program from Urbhanize® - together with Denisa Meszaros, Dennis W. Thomsen have created a totally new concept based on Dance, Cardio, Strength and with drum sticks: USTIX by URBHANIZE® The program will have its LAUNCH from March 2018 and instructor trainings are being offered also from March!
