Week 9
13h banked. Great week . Body is responding well, had a few hard threshold sessions that will pay of in the coming weeks. Recovery have been very essential.

WEEK 8

We are in the zone , heat is picking up which is not helping with outdoor sessions. Will be trying to stay outside for as long as possible
Next 4 week focus is gana be running need to up my volume back up to 60km weeks as im now sitting on 35. But positive is cycling is def improving
If you start seeing inside cycling sessions , you know im in a bad place.

Week 6 (delaod)
It was bound to come clocking over 100km on foot between week 4/5 traveling, training on elevation. Body was crying for it so this week was forced to take step back and get some solid gym sessions and great food🫃
Slowly bring it back this week lets see how the coming weeks unfold.

Week 5 (island life)
9 n half hours training 6 n half of endurance - most on foot and 3 hours strength , lost some data when my watch buckled after 3 good years together. Thankfully my wife understood the assignment and hooked me up for the BDAY
Not bad for a weeks holiday - locked in🔑

Weekly dump .3
Late to the party by one day, no excuses .
This weeks training hit the sweet spot , did around 11hour week and 8 of the 11 hours was endurance
Building that base 1 week at a time
