What's up! 👊🥋

Today, we're taking it back to the basics with the first kata most of us learned: Taikyoku Sono Ichi. Simple but fundamental.

🔹 Starting position: Yoi (ready stance).
🔹 First move: Step with your left foot, left downward block (gedan barai).
🔹 Second move: Step forward with your right foot, right middle punch (chudan zuki).

The cycle continues in the established pattern, alternating blocks and punches. And remember, it's not just about the moves, but also about balance, focus, and proper breathing.
