40 minutes zumba

*40 Jumping Jacks
*40 Squats
*40 Lunges (alternate 20 each side)
*40 squat - knee to elbow ab crunch (will send u photo)
*40 Ab crunches
*40 leg raises (keep your lower back sticking to the floor or keep your palms under your lower back)
*40 revere plank
*40 secs plank
Child's pose
(2 sets) 🤪

Then another 40 minutes zumba
2 minutes plank
