Rocket ® Teacher Training 50hrs

"The Rocket" is a dynamic, energetic practice developed by Larry Schultz in the 80s. It is based on the traditional Ashtanga Yoga series. However, Rocket Yoga removes the hierarchy of postures, giving students control over their own creative process.
Dive into the history, gain a solid understanding of the sequences, and learn how to adapt, teach and adjust the Rocket series. Whether you want to get deeper on your Rocket practice and teaching or just explore a new challenging and fun practice, this training is perfect for you. Get ready for the take off!!!
Participants will receive the official 50h Rocket® manual and certification.

Usage and meaning of Mantras - Opening chants of Ashtanga's lineages

25H Rocket immersion YACEP certification
This 25H continuing education program gives you the opportunity to dive deeper into the details of your Rocket Yoga practice. Beginner to advanced breathing techniques, anatomy, asanas and mobility exercises will be covered. We will explore different ways to safely add Rocket Yoga into your sequences.

This immersion will provide you with a fantastic foundation of Rocket yoga and give you tools, tips and tricks to bring into your own practice . You`ll learn from the basics to more advanced transitions of the rocket sequences showing the capacity to adapt and transform yourself. We will have special workshops focused on sun salutations, backbends and arm balances.

So let’s blast off in this 5 day Rocket Yoga Immersion together! Rocket Yoga classes, lectures, hands-on assists, and everything you need to get your Rocket Yoga to the next level!

"You create life with your body and soul with your energy"
This multi-lineage collage training will give an opportunity to learn more about the journey of women and how yoga can ease and empower through her various life-changing events.
It was designed for yoga teachers, students of all yogic disciplines, pregnant mothers and women interested in connecting to deeper waves of their being. We warmly welcome those wanting to become pregnant and any woman who wants to deepen her knowledge of conscious conception, pregnancy, and motherhood.

Expect to complete this comprehensive training and have the knowledge, understanding, techniques, and inspiration to support pregnant women to birth as consciously, naturally, actively, and normally as possible. You will learn the precautions and modifications necessary to put together a safe, empowering prenatal class suitable for all stages of pregnancy. You will be able to share powerful, ancient breathing techniques, mudras, mantras, and asanas specifically designed for a pregnant woman so that she is able to experience a pregnancy and birth filled with consciousness and confidence.

My journey into Yoga began 10 years ago when I found it to be a vehicle to guide me through the physical and emotional challenges that came with moving around the world with a family. How I approached every single situation on my
mat, comfortable or not, was a practice of how to approach the ebbs and flows of my
own life. At the same time, Yoga brought joy,
Peace, growth at a personal and emotional level. Because of that I decided it was a call for me to share with as many humans as I could!
I took my 200Hrs Yoga Alliance
Ashtanga Certification, and since then I have enjoyed taking many workshops and
seminars in different styles and around the world, specially Vinyasa and Power Yoga
based.
I will always be a student first, but I have also
been loving guiding other students through
practice in Houston, Paris and now in Doha.

Graduated from Indianapolis in engineering, Mehdi followed his passion .
All the way from a break dancer to over 10 years of professional football career with Qatar stars league, Mehdi took his athletic fervour to Reshikesh in India where he learned genuine yoga and animal flow .

Thematic Yin Yoga Workshop

Yin yoga offers a wealth of benefits that may help you to alleviate pain and tension, relieve stress and anxiety, and improve your overall well-being by focusing on the deep connective tissues like your fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones rather than focusing on muscles (unlike yang yoga practices).
Yin Yoga uses the Traditional Chinese Medicine Meridian Theory - which uses certain yoga poses to target specific meridian lines by creating tension or compression- to affect the associated organ and our organ health.

This 4-week Thematic Yin Yoga Workshop is designed to focus on specific target areas to stimulate associated meridians and practice certain areas such as; 
•Iliopsoas Release (The Muscle of the Spirit) / The Liver Meridian
•Hip Openers / The Gall Bladder Meridian
•Heart Openers / The Heart & Lung Meridians
•Thigh Opener (Hamstrings & Quadriceps) / The Urinary Bladder & Stomach- Spleen Meridian

Rocket Vinyasa Master Class 🚀

“Why Rocket Yoga? Because it gets you there faster”. Words by the founder and creator of Rocket yoga, Larry Schultz.

In a Rocket yoga class, you can expect the traditional sequences that you will find in a Ashtanga class, like sun salutations, standing asanas, seated asanas, twists, and backbends, but with Rocket yoga the students are given the freedom to explore and modify the yoga asanas (postures), try some inversions and arm balances, or skip them if they are not your thing. A Rocket class is all about finding the breath, linking it with movement in a beautiful and harmonious way, and removing expectations about how things need to go in the class so you can observe the fluctuations of the mind. Pure yoga. And of course, the best part is plenty of laughter and fun times.

Join Maria and Aymara for this 150-minute special yoga class. You will experience the fire of Rocket, then gently flow like water into a relaxing Yoga Nidra, before finally sealing the deal with a sound healing session. Is there a better way to start your Friday morning?

Everyone is welcome to the class but previous experience of vinyasa or ashtanga yoga is recommended.

Stress and its causes are particular to each of us as individuals. No one experiences life the same way, and no one feels the effects of stress exactly like another person does. Our reaction to stress can be as unique as the experience that created the stress in the first place. If we learn to respond to stress strategically, we can alter the impact it has on us.

While yoga on its own doesn’t cure all our stress-related problems, it can provide an essential toolbox of approaches to managing stress. And as we all probably agree, there are definite benefits to the feeling of belonging that a yoga class can provide.

In this 90-minute class, we will use physical movements (yoga asana), breath work, guided relaxation, and sound healing as tools to assist us in releasing, restoring, and relaxing our bodies, minds, and souls. We will seek some relief from the challenges that arise in our everyday lives, moving towards improvements to our overall mental health.
