7 Things You Are Totally Allowed To Do In My Yoga Classes
1. Sit down at any time
2. Skip poses. If I’m leading you somewhere your body says ‘not today Satan’ at, absolutely skip it. Or tell me I’ve lost the plot.
3. Modify EVERYTHING. Yes. Please. If I forget to cue a prop you would like to use, absolutely grab it.
4. Rest early. Do you really just need to chill out for an hour? Cool. I’ll see if I have one of my lavender eye masks in my bag.
5. Laugh. Creaks, pops, t***s, tottles ... bodies can be hilarious
6. Feel awkward. It’s ok. It really is.
7. Come back anyways.
