Anees Amin from Marichchikkatty, Mannar, an undergraduate student of Saudi Arabian King Abdul Aziz University has achieved a record by winning 1 gold and 2 bronze in the inter-university sports competition held in Saudi Arabia.

He is the last son of Marhum KM Ameen and Raheema Umma of Mannar Marichchikkatty and it is worth recalling that he has won many trophies before.

இவர் மன்னார் மரிச்சிக்கட்டியைச் சேர்ந்த மர்ஹூம் KM அமீன் மற்றும் ரஹீமா உம்மா ஆகியோரின் கடைசிப் புதல்வனாகும், இதற்கு முன்னறும் பல வெற்றிக்கிண்ணங்களை தனதாக்கிக் கொண்டுள்ளமையும் இங்கு நினைவுபடுத்தத்தக்கது.
