Qatar Dragon Boat Alliance Qatar Dragon Boat Alliance (QDBA) is a community that promotes the sport of dragon boating in Qatar. This was made possible by Mr. Angry Dragons Qatar

Traditional dragon boat racing was first introduced in Qatar on September 2013. Jeff Ching with only 4 standard boats. Eventually, on June 2015, Qatar Dragon Boat was established and recognized by IDBF, with Doha Dragons, PDWQ, Gaod, ORDQ, Drakainas, and Wireless Warriors as pioneering teams. From 6 teams, there are now 12 elite teams under the new banner of Qatar Dragon Boat Alliance (QDBA), rest

ructured on April 1, 2024; all training weekdays and/or weekends in Katara and The Pearl-Qatar, promoting dragon boat sport, and participating in local and international races. The 12 dragon boat teams of the Alliance, arranged alphabetically, are as follows:

4. Gaod Dragon Boat Team
5. Kasagwan Dragonboat Qatar (K1)
6. Masterpiece Dragonboat Team
7. Onslaught Racing Dragons Qatar (ORDQ)
8. Philippine Dragon Warriors Qatar (PDWQ)
9. Philippine Dragonboat Rowing Team (PDRT) - Fireblades Qatar
10. Raides Dragon Boat Team
11. Siklab Dragon Boat Team
12. The Doha Wireless Warriors

2018 - ARA Water Way International Dragon Boat Festival (Incheon, South Korea)
2023 - 11th Korea Open Busan International Dragonboat Festival (Busan, South Korea)
