How I Roll:

I live from a place of passion and purpose
I am extremely passionate about what I am doing and almost obsessed with human behavior and the mind. I love to experiment with others in this field to create the space for them to live from a place of passion and purpose.

Everything is achievable
My strong belief is that everything is possible, no matter what you want to create, experience or make happen. It all comes down to your mind. Success in life is 80% psychology and 20% mechanics. What you do doesn't matter if you aren't in the right mindset, which I learned from the master himself, Tony Robbins.

I don’t do mediocre
I give everything I have and will work with you until you get real results. I give 200% and I expect the same from you. I’ll provide all the support you need and promise to go above and beyond.

Trust is key
If my coaching isn’t a fit for you, I’ll say so. If I am not right or make a mistake—yes, I am only human, so it happens—I will take responsibility and do everything I can to make things right. Don’t expect me to have all the answers because I don’t. I am here to guide you on your experience and walk beside you on your journey.

I create results
Using deep coaching and a method of neuro transformational coaching, I’m able to redirect thought patterns in the brain and remove blocks that keep you from achieving set goals. This method of coaching goes beyond what is possible with the traditional coaching methods because real change happens when you’re able to reframe the subconscious mind.

They say you become the people you surround yourself with. And it’s true.

It’s always a dance in my perception - between challenge and boundaries. The ones who make you grow will question you, push you,
hold up a mirror when it’s hard to look. But growth without safety isn’t growth - it’s survival.

You need both. The ones who stretch you, and the ones who let you rest. Who can challenge you without making you shrink. Who can disagree without disconnecting.

Surround yourself with people who share your values - for me one of the most important ones are freedom and growth.
But don’t look for copies of yourself. Look for the ones who expand you. Who make you think differently. Who remind you there’s more to see, more to become.

That’s the kind of energy that shapes you - firm enough to make you rise, soft enough to keep you open.

Because the right people don’t just love who you are. They call out the parts of you that were waiting to be seen. They help you become who you’re meant to be.
So choose carefully.

But desire is direction. Use it.
It’s how life pulls you toward what’s meant for you.

A woman who owns her desire isn’t too much.
She’s in her power.
Because she’s done waiting for permission —
she’s leading her own life.

I don’t believe in affirmations. I believe in visualization - with action.

You can say “I’m confident” or “I’m abundant” a hundred times, but words without action don’t change s**t.
They’re not going to change how you wake up, how you feel about yourself, or what’s in your bank account.
That’s just reality.

Change happens through behavior. Neuroscience shows it’s action that teaches your brain new patterns, not repetition of pretty phrases.

You create your reality by doing the things the woman you want to be would do - every day. Live by that pattern. Act like her before you feel like her.

I’m in Africa right now. Alone. Because I needed to change things. I didn’t feel aligned anymore. I left people I love for now. I left Lisbon. My home.
Because sometimes you have to just break everything for a moment and isolate to create to change. And yes, it can feel lonely sometimes, but I know that’s part of it.

You can keep talking about change. Or you can action. Full dedicated action.

You can read every book, chase every achievement, love every wrong man — but if you don’t understand your own psychology, you’ll keep repeating the same patterns in different forms. You don’t need to become someone else. You need to remember who you were before the world told you who to be.

I’ve spent years trying to earn respect — working harder, proving myself, over-explaining, staying quiet to keep the peace.
And still, I’d walk away feeling unseen.

Then I learned something that changed everything:
Respect isn’t something you get from others.
It’s something you decide for yourself.

Every time you tolerate disrespect — even subtle — you’re training people how to treat you.
Every time you break a promise to yourself, you lower your own standard.

Self-respect isn’t a feeling.
It’s a system.
It’s built through action:
– Keeping your word to yourself.
– Leaving environments that make you small.
– Choosing discomfort over self-abandonment.
– Speaking truthfully without losing composure.
– Enforcing consequences instead of over-explaining.

Because respect doesn’t start when others value you —
it starts the moment you stop betraying yourself.

And that shift?
That’s where confidence is born.
