New European Champion crowned this week in the 2026 Paddle Europe Ocean Racing Championship. Bernardo Pereira won in Brest the overall open mens SS1 and the U23 mens title. Constanca Frazao won the junior womens title and Leonardo Candela the junior mens title.
A great racing day for Nelo Surfski Team that was present in France supporting the athletes.
Onto the next one, Spain, for the world championship.

Gergely Boros was part of our history with victories in K1, K2, and K4, but as this photo from our 2015 calendar shows—testing a K2 alongside Rudolf—he was more than an athlete on the water. Throughout his career, Gergely also contributed to our development team, helping us refine and improve our boats. We honor his legacy as both a competitor and a valued member of our story

We are excited to introduce the new 28 K1 Paracanoe.

Adapting the new 28 to the Paracanoe discipline has been our mission from day one. By combining the feedback from the original model with the specific challenges and regulations of Paracanoe, we have created a next-generation boat.

Remaining reactive and fast while sustaining balance and steadiness, we have added extra stability, a more comfortable rim, and a new set of fittings.

The Central American and Caribbean Games in Santo Domingo finished off with great results. We had to be there, supporting the athletes and teams competing for their countries.
A week full of medals, 10/10 in olympic distance gold medals and a clean sweep of 30/30 medals in total. A great week of racing in the Dominican Republic.

Now, all eyes are in Poznan, the main event, see you there🚀

July finished off with Europe’s brightest young talents gathering in Szeged for the Paddle Europe Junior & U23 Sprint Championships — and once again, NELO boats were carrying champions across the finish line.

From first international podiums to gold-medal sprints, these athletes are proof that the future of our sport is already here. Today’s juniors and U23s are tomorrow’s Olympic finalists — and we’re proud to be part of every stroke of that journey.

Congratulations to every NELO athlete who competed, medaled, and left it all on the water in Szeged. This is only the beginning. 🥇🥈🥉

It was the last ICF Canoe Sprint World Cup before the World Championships, and we can observe athletes delivering top performances across both kayak and canoe events.
