Our long-time SACKC and GERCKC board member Rick Hill was presented with the CKC’s Builder - R. Edgar Gilbert Award last week!

This prestigious nationally recognized award from CKC was awarded to Rick in 2022 with the below congratulations:

"On behalf of Canoe Kayak Canada, the Trophies and Awards Committee, and all athletes from coast to coast, we would like to congratulate you on your selection as the recipient of the Builder - R. Edgar Gilbert Award 2022. This Award is the highest honour bestowed upon our Officials, Builders, and Coaches in those Categories for exceptional volunteer work within Canoe Kayak Canada. You have demonstrated such dedication and commitment to our sport as a builder so it is very fitting that you receive this award in 2022."
