Classic Hatha Yoga with Silvia
A traditional, complete practice inspired by the yoga learned in Rishikesh.
Time to mobilize, strengthen, slow down, and reconnect through asana, pranayama, meditation, and mantra.

A slow, introspective practice with long-held postures.
