Heading home from Porto and Aveiro where I've seen so many horses the last few days, the oldest being 30 years! It's been a fabulous trip and looking forward to returning in September. If anyone else wants adding to my north Portugal tour, get in touch 😊

Horses often hold a huge amount of tension in their Temperomandibular joint (TMJ). The lower jaw (mandible) image below shows a typical horse's jaw. Look at the asymmetry! The teeth angle follow the jaw angle, upon which the remaining cranial bones are resting.
Craniosacral therapy can gradually change these angles over time, allowing the whole body to slowly adapt and improve functionality.

A busy visit to central Portugal from Santa Comba Dão, Leiria and Lisbon. There were some really interesting cases relating to the metabolic effects of spring grass, poor saddlefit, and old injuries resulting in mobility restrictions. Next visit will be JULY, so get in touch now if you would like to be included.

Feedback on a lazy youngster following an osteopathy and craniosacral therapy session 2 weeks ago, followed by 2 Bicom bioresonance sessions. Results are fast when you address the root cause and clean up the terrain. There's always a reason for their behaviour!🐴🐴🐴

A dog sat patiently watching my therapy session with a horse today. He then made it very obvious he wanted a session too. The owner knew it would benefit him tremendously, and this high adrenaline dog was completely flaked out after his session. Apparently he doesn't normally let strangers touch him. It was simply beautiful to see his body and temperament transform under the magic of energy work 💙

An old photo (2012?) reminds me how long I've been doing bodywork with horses. After having most of last year off, I can honestly say I've truly missed them. I have an amazing job and it's great to be back working.

This young filly had her first osteopathy session yesterday. She most definitely needed it! Addressing potential issues in youngsters before they start their ridden work, leads to a happy, healthy and willing ridden horse. ❤️🐴❤️

This was one of the elephant osteopathy workshops in Thailand. It's a fabulous experience to work with elephants and I'm hoping to return there in 2026 ❤️🐘
