🌟 New Zealand can be incredibly proud of our international athletes who competed over the past few weeks. 🌟
Our Senior Performance athletes, who competed at World Cups in Switzerland and Portugal, stepped onto the global stage with a palpable presence and force. The world is impressed; we’re punching well above our weight. The athletes all represented themselves, their families, their clubs and their country with pride, demonstrating that they’re not only outstanding athletes but also amazing human beings.
Our Aspiring athletes competing at the Australian National Championships continued the legacy by performing brilliantly. From personal bests on the trampolines to epic support in the stands, they’re on a path to greatness and show the future is bright for our little nation.
We are bringing home a lot of medals, but that’s not all that we have achieved. We are a team. We support each other, we wear our fern with pride, we are humble in victory and respectful in defeat. We learn from our ‘failures’ and use them to make us stronger.
