Freeride was founded in 2002 by brother and sister Marta and João Mealha, from Portugal. Both share a passion for all Nature, especially the ocean and the waves! Through surfing they found a way to connect with the ocean in a much deeper way and in 2002 finally decided to start their own Surf School. Back where it all began 🌊🤙

Our new season at Cordoama Beach is about to start!

For many years, our Beach Hut has been part of this incredible place, and Cordoama has been our home since the very beginning. As one of the pioneering surf schools in the area, we’ve spent countless days in these waves and know this beach like the back of our hand.

From June 1st, our Beach Hut will be open again and ready for another season of surf, sun and good vibes. ☀️🏄‍♂️
