17 years of legendary dives. One exciting new chapter. 🌊⚓️

​For almost a decade and a half plus a few years, we’ve had the privilege of showing recreational divers the absolute best of Pico, Faial, and São Jorge—from the epic heights of Princess Alice to thrilling blue-water shark encounters.
​7 years ago we brought our technical diving program to Pico which, has grown exponentially. As our passion and community expanded, we reached a crossroads: try to balance both, or dedicate ourselves fully to high-level tech.
​Starting in 2027, we are officially sunsetting our recreational diving operations to focus 100% on Technical Diving and CCR Training.

​Technical Instructor Training
​Dedicated deep tech expeditions around Pico

Scuba diving isn’t an theme park ride where wildlife appears on cue—it’s an exercise in presence. The divers who have the most rewarding experiences aren't the ones hunting for a viral shot; they are the ones who learn to appreciate the macro-world. Finding a well-camouflaged nudibranch or watching a damselfish fiercely guard its tiny patch of coral offers a different kind of high than chasing a sea turtle for an Instagram story.

The underwater world operates on its own timeline, entirely indifferent to our dive computers ticking down. Ocean videographers know that the magic isn't guaranteed—the hunt, the patience, and the silent waiting are what make those rare, glorious moments worth sharing.

Next time you submerge, leave the documentary-level expectations on land. Slow down, check your buoyancy, and let the ocean reveal itself on its own terms.

When measured strictly from base-to-peak, Mt. Pico (8,450 m) is nearly double the base-to-peak height of Mount Everest (4,650 m). Everest holds the world record for highest altitude above sea level, but much of its altitude is due to resting on top of the already elevated Tibetan Platea.
