🌸 Reflections from Our Recent Women’s Circle 🌸
This week at the studio, we gathered for an intimate and enriching Women’s Circle, diving into a recent podcast between Mel Robbins & Gabor Maté. Together, we explored patterns that so many women carry—patterns that often go unnoticed but deeply shape our lives:
✨ Putting others’ emotional needs before our own
✨ Seeking validation through duty, roles, and responsibilities—while neglecting our true selves
✨ Suppressing healthy anger to avoid conflict
✨ Feeling overly responsible for others’ emotional wellbeing and fearing disappointment
These behaviors are so common that they may feel like second nature. But as Dr. Maté reveals, this vibrational density—the weight of people-pleasing, self-sacrifice, and emotional suppression—takes a toll not only on our minds but on our bodies, weakening the immune system. 💔
💡 What if we could release these patterns?
In our circle, we challenged these asking questions like: What does it mean to honor ourselves unapologetically? How can we reframe “healthy anger” as a boundary instead of a burden?
We shared, listened, and held space for one another. 🌿 Healing begins when we recognize the ways we’ve been conditioned and consciously choose a lighter, more authentic path.
