Garden is Table was born from a simple belief: use what is already here.
The land. The season. The harvest. The people.
So we dug a table into the earth — right in the middle of our permaculture garden at Global Chill Farm.
What grows around us shapes what lands on the plate. Local produce meets the day’s harvest, fresh catches and influences gathered from around the world.
No fixed menu. No two Sundays the same.
Just 18 people, six courses and one table in the earth.
A place to eat differently.
To consume more consciously.
To slow down, connect and share.
