On 30.05.2026, we lived one of the most magical days of our lives✨

I married my love, surrounded by the most beautiful beach, the sound of the ocean, and a full moon that made everything feel even more unforgettable. 🌕🌊

It was the day we made the dream of our lives come true, filled with love, emotion, laughter, tight hugs, and moments I will keep in my heart forever. 🤍

To everyone who was there with us, thank you. Each one of you holds a special place in our lives, and having you by our side made this day even more meaningful, beautiful, and ours.

A special thank you to , .naturabeach, and Graça from Florista Rosa de Tavira for being part of this beautiful day and making it even more special. ✨

This is just a little teaser of a day that will live in my soul forever.

Today I’m here with Professor Dr. José Gomes Pereira, a true national reference!
An example of professionalism in everything he does. Besides being an Olympic swimmer, a specialist in sports medicine, and a full professor at FMH, he was also one of the best professors I had the privilege of having at university, in Exercise Physiology. In fact, he was one of those professors who would always fill the lecture hall — not only because of his incredible knowledge, but also because of the unique way he communicated and inspired his students.

He has always been a reference doctor, someone I trust 100%. But what truly fascinates me most about Professor Dr. Gomes Pereira is his human side — increasingly rare nowadays — in the way he speaks to, listens to, and treats his patients. Truly unique.

I just don’t know what I’m going to do when he stops seeing patients at his clinic… 🙏🙌

Today was one of those “suffer, but make it worth it” sessions 😅

Back with Eugénio, who has been taking care of my body alignment, tension, and all those little compensations my body loves to create for over 20 years.

Because when you teach, guide, and take care of others, someone also needs to take care of you.

The instructor may be the star in class, but nobody sees the backstage: the mobility work, the corrections, the stretching, the awareness, and the not-so-glamorous moments that keep the body moving well.

I left feeling more aligned, lighter, and reminded once again that the body speaks, we just need to listen.

More than just exercise, Pilates is about connection: body and mind in harmony, strength with lightness, control with flow 🤍

Throughout this week, many studios and gyms are joining the celebration with open classes and special events — the perfect chance to try it (or reconnect with it)!
