🧠 Today is World Brain Day — and this year's theme couldn't be closer to what we do every day: Brain Health: Access for All.
Research is clear: regular physical activity is one of the most powerful tools we have to protect and strengthen our brain health. It improves memory, reduces cognitive decline, supports emotional wellbeing, and helps us navigate life's transitions — including menopause — with greater resilience.
But access to sport is not equal. Not everyone has the time, the money, the confidence, or the right environment to move regularly. That's exactly why Row Act exists. 🚣♀️
We believe that every woman — regardless of age, fitness level, or background — deserves access to the physical and mental benefits of sport. Our home stretching sessions, our community rowing activities, our ambassador network: all of it is built around one simple idea. That movement should come to you, not the other way around.
Because brain health is not a privilege. It's a right. And we're here to help make it accessible — one stroke at a time. 💙
