Hi! I have moved to work and live in Sines, Alentejo. But twice a month I come to Porto on weekends. Meet Alexey, our trainer.

He is 1st degree in Combat Sambo. His teacher was Valrey Volostnyhn the president of Combat Sambo Federation who was in his turn the student of Anatoly Kharlampiev, the world-famous founder of Sambo.

This dojo where Alexey trained is located in an “Alma Mater” of Sambo - Moscow Energy University. Anatoly Kharlampiev personally opened it in 1953 and trained many champions there for 20 years. Since this time it is the academic centre and spirit of sambo, training center for young students and a museum.
Alexey was doing karate and kick-boxing back in 90x due to boom of Bruce Lee and Chuck Norris films, but when he saw first UFC fights and how sambo fighters easily won the strikers he switched to combat sambo.
Alexey also has a teachers and psychologist degree.

Имеет 1 разряд по боевому самбо. Его учителем был президент Федерации боевого самбо Валерий Волостных, который, в свою очередь, был учеником всемирно известного основателя самбо Анатолия Харлампиева.

Додзё, в котором тренировался Алексей, находится в «Альма-матер» самбо – Московском энергетическом университете. Анатолий Харлампиев лично открыл его в 1953 году и за 20 лет воспитал там немало чемпионов. С этого времени это академический центр и дух самбо, центр подготовки юных школьников и музей.
Алексей занимался карате и кикбоксингом еще в 90-е годы, на волне бума фильмов о Брюсе Ли и Чаке Норрисе, но когда он увидел первые бои UFC и то, как самбисты легко побеждают нападающих, он переключился на боевое самбо.
Алексей также имеет высшее образование педагога и психолога.
