One of my favourite things about teaching outdoors is that nature never delivers the same class twice.

Some mornings we practise under a soft sunrise with barely a ripple on the water. Other days, the waves roll in, the breeze picks up, and the sun puts on a completely different show.

Every class has its own atmosphere, and that’s what makes it so special. 🌊☀️

Private sunset yoga and sound healing on Alvor beach 🌅✨

A beautiful evening of movement, connection and deep relaxation with this lovely family by the ocean. We flowed through a gentle sunset yoga practice followed by a calming sound healing meditation, surrounded by the sound of the waves and the warmth of the setting sun.

Grateful to hold space for moments like these - slowing down, breathing deeply and creating memories together in nature 💛
