Rail Tour Portugal

Rail Tour Portugal Guided Tours & Photography around selected portuguese railway lines with a taste of the real thing by the eyes of experieced rail photographer Dario Silva

Rail Tour Portugal is your guided tour experience around selected railway lines in Portugal. You are invited to join Dario Silva, the most published portuguese rail photographer of nowadays, in one of his photographic tours along the Douro Line, as well as the Corgo, Tua and Sabor valleys’ metric systems. On every photo tour of your choice, you will be taken on a journey to the most prominent loca

tions pertaining to the epic railway locations, the powerful sights, the promising landscapes, the magnificent local food, the finest Porto wine vineyards, the wine tasting and the delightful accommodation for the night. Throughout the year, whenever possible, you will get to experience a trip on the river, up and downstream, just as trains on the Douro Line follow their journey. Also, there could be a chance for walking as not all our stops stand by the roadside and you will get the experience of exploring some less used pathways. Rail Tour Portugal is under a licensing process from Turismo de Portugal.
