is just the beginning of a larger movement: a women’s community in the ocean, with purpose, vision, and impact. For girls who want to learn or improve their surfing in a safe, positive, and feminine environment.

Within Girls Only there are two well-defined profiles:

Girls Only – Beginners 🏄🏽‍♀️
For women who are starting out

Girls Only – Intermediate 🏄🏽‍♀️
For women who already surf and want to improve.

Much more than training 💜

This program includes:

- Surfing in a group, without pressure.
- Sharing experiences
- Creating connections between women
- Having a safe space both in and out of the water.
- Women’s meetings
- Special sessions
- Surf Mama experiences just for women.

Today we celebrate every woman who finds freedom, strength and confidence in the ocean. 🌊

Being a woman in surfing is about paddling out even when it feels challenging, supporting the person next to you, and turning every wave into confidence.

At Surf Mama School, we believe surfing can also be a space for connection and empowerment. That’s why we created our Only Girls programs — a supportive and motivating environment where women can learn, improve and feel confident both in and out of the water.
