Obrigado, Faro. Obrigado, 𝙎𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝘾𝙡𝙪𝙗𝙚 𝙁𝙖𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙨𝙚 ! Desde o primeiro dia, a paixão, a intensidade e o orgulho no clube que todos transmitem são contagiantes, viciantes até. Tão viciantes que, por vezes, nos toldam a razão pela emoção! Viver no equilíbrio entre a razão e a emoção foi sempre um desafio! Mas o caminho não foi feito só de emoção ou razão. Foi feito de compromisso, trabalho, resiliência e da promessa de que trabalharia para ajudar o maior número possível de jogadores a chegar à primeira equipa! O que eu não esperava era que vocês me levassem convosco. Quando boas pessoas se juntam para trabalhar, o talento transborda, a magia acontece e o inesperado torna-se realidade! Nunca esquecerei o dia “D”: teria sido tão fácil largarem a mão, mas não! Seguraram-me com força; senti uma honra enorme! Lembro-me dos olhares, dos abraços! Lembro-me de quem torceu silenciosamente. Um dia como esse mostra que vale a pena lutar pelas pessoas, com os valores certos!
Lição: “Nunca desistir num dia mau!”

⚽️ REFLECTION ON RECRUITMENT, PERFORMANCE, AND GAME CRITERIA
📌 In high-performance football, it is becoming increasingly important to create clear and specific criteria for player evaluation.
📌 The definition of the club’s game principles and game model should guide what we look for in each position: • Which technical-tactical actions do we value? • What decisions does the player make under pressure? • Which behaviours sustain performance?
📌 The objective is to reduce subjectivity as much as possible and create tools capable of identifying players who can generate consistent performance within the intended game model.
📌 More than looking only at external indicators or market trends, it is essential to understand: ✔️ The percentage of successful actions in competitive contexts; ✔️ The consistency of decision-making throughout the game; ✔️ Adaptation to collective principles; ✔️ The daily behaviours that sustain performance.
