People often think they need more English.
But what they actually need is more experience using English with different people.
I’ve noticed this after 10,000+ hours of teaching+ coaching: confidence is often context-specific.
Many learners feel confident speaking to their teacher
Then they join a meeting, networking event or group conversation and suddenly that confidence disappears.
This isn’t because their English got worse.
But because the situation changed.
That’s why I designed Duo Coaching: to be a bridge between learning and doing.
A bridge between lessons and real life.
A bridge between speaking English in the bubble of your 1:1 lessons … and using English with everyone else.
