In today's class the topic was self-defense, after warming up and some physical conditioning we moved on to the fundamental topics, which were falls, sweeps and control, we finished with breathing and recovery exercises.
The commitment and respect contributed to a fantastic atmosphere. It is inspiring to see willingness to learn and develop together. Let's continue to strengthen both our skills and our community.

On a quiet day in Seattle, I found myself standing before two names that echo across generations: Bruce Lee and his son, Brandon. Their graves, side by side at Lake View Cemetery, evoke more than reverence they invite reflection on life, legacy, and the meaning we leave behind.

Standing there, in the stillness, I felt the presence of something greater. Bruce Lee was not only a martial arts master or a film legend, he was a thinker, a philosopher of motion. And no words capture his essence more clearly than his timeless phrase:

“Be like water.”

Water doesn’t resist it flows. It adapts, reshapes, and finds its way through even the most rigid barriers. In a world that often demands hardness, that quiet reminder in that solemn place was like a whisper from the past urging softness, strength, and flexibility.

Brandon, whose life ended far too soon, rests beside his father. Though their journeys were different, both left an indelible impact on the world. Visiting their resting place wasn’t just a tribute, it was a moment of transformation.
A reminder to move with grace, to live with intention, and to be, above all else, like water.

We’ve officially kicked off an incredible journey here in Aarhus! Day 1 of the Super Camp and European Kombatan Championship was packed with energy, martial spirit, and camaraderie among practitioners from across the world. 💥

Intense training sessions, knowledge sharing, and solid preparation set the tone for the exciting days ahead. The atmosphere is full of focus, discipline, and pure passion for Kombatan! 👊

Yesterday I was at the stick fighting training of the Swedish Kombatan nacional team🇸🇪, where I will represent Sweden in the next European Kombatan Championship in Denmark in May.

I will participate in stick fighting and forms (anyos). The training took place at the Kombatan club in Göteborg.
