IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

Dearest Brave Fish,

After many years of teaching regular weekly classes I have decided to begin a new chapter.
At the end of July I will no longer be “on the mat” for weekly classes, but instead I will be focusing on teaching extended practices & day retreats and guiding deeper studies, meditation evenings, retreats abroad (with a strong emphasis on karma yoga and the study of sacred texts and ancient practices) and teacher training courses. Please see below a list of upcoming classes and events. Spaces will be limited and booking is essential.

The completely wonderful Harman Sidhu will continue to teach her fabulous weekly classes on Mondays (Hot Yang) and Tuesdays (Blissful Yin). Upstairs studio 6.15pm - 7.45pm. Harman will be honouring her existing regular students first, but please contact her directly if you’d like to snap up a regular space or to go on her subs bench.

On a practical note. Those of you who took out a ten class pass should have used it up before the end of July. However, if for any reason you still have credit, you can either carry that over to any future events or simply receive an immediate refund. If you pay in another way please adjust your direct debits etc. accordingly.
Once class passes are used remaining classes will be charged at £18.
I’m so grateful to everyone who has shared regular classes with me over the years, and I very much look forward to the future of the new Brave Fish!
My commitment to the children will continue forever.

If you missed The Inside Job last year, then the good news is that .yin.yoga and are returning to Brave Fish this year for The Inside Job II. This is such a special training. Recommended for teachers and students vitally interested in yoga. Only two spaces left 💪🏽🐠🧘🏽‍♂️❤️🙏🏼❤️🙏🏾📚

The incredible will be honouring us with a visit to Brave Fish in October this year. Kathy and I will be collaborating to celebrate the greatest poem ever written. The Bhagavad Gita 22nd - 26th October. Only one space left available! ❤️

Portugal Retreat 2023 💙☀️

Our deepest gratitude to the group of magical people who joined this retreat and made it what it was! Early morning meditation practices, functional and joyful movement, lectures, boat trips, looooooooooong walks, laughter, LOVE and so much more connected us all and helped nurture space for Awakened Awe ✨
