"MY STORY" - RELATÓRIO DE PESQUISA COMPARATIVA
Temos o prazer de anunciar que o relatório de pesquisa comparativa “A Situação das Jovens Mulheres na Sérvia, Itália, Portugal, Marrocos, Líbano e Egito” foi concluído e publicado no âmbito do projeto *My Story – Storytelling to Combat Gender-Based Inequalities in European and MEDA Countries*.
📊 We are happy to announce that the comparative research report “Position of Young Women in Serbia, Italy, Portugal, Morocco, Lebanon and Egypt” has been completed and published within the My Story – Storytelling to Combat Gender-Based Inequalities in European and MEDA Countries project.
The report brings together research from all six partner countries, including desk research, a survey with 1,303 respondents, and focus groups with 322 participants, offering an overview of the position of young women and key challenges related to gender equality, discrimination, violence, employment, education, sport, decision-making, health, and media representation.
🌍 The report is available in English, Serbian, Italian, Portuguese, and Arabic and will serve as an important basis for the next stages of My Story, including the development of non-formal education methodologies, the My Story guidelines, storytelling activities, and future awareness-raising actions.

Hate Fighters Network (HFN) from Serbia, together with its partners Beyond Borders Italy form Italy, FuteBola Sport - Centro de Futebol from Portugal, Association Euro-Méditerranéenne des Echanges Volontariats Evénements MAROC from Morocco, Youth Development Organization from Lebanon and Jovesolides Egypt from Egypt implements capacity building project “My Story - storytelling to combat gender-based inequalities in European and MEDA countries” in order to promote gender equality in partner countries and to build capacities of partner organizations for combat against gender-based discrimination and violence through non-formal education, storytelling and awareness raising. Project will build the capacities of youth organizations across partner countries, use storytelling as a tool for transformation and empowerment, engage communities through campaigns that challenge prejudice and inequality and amplify the voices of those too often silenced — especially young women and marginalized groups “My Story” project will be implemented from 01.11.2025 to 31.10.2027 in Serbia, Italy, Portugal, Morocco, Lebanon and Egypt. Project is co-funded by the EU.
