We are looking for an experienced dive master for our upcoming summer season!

Please have look at the requirements below before applying.

-We are looking for a certified, active dive professional.

-Available between beginning of June and end of September 2026.

-Previous experience guiding dives in challenging conditions. (weather, currents, small boats etc.)

-Team player/hard worker.

-Drivers licence/Basic boating licence.

-Own full dive equipment.

-previous experience guiding shark dives and/or offshore expeditions would be a bonus.

Apart from all the sharks, Mobula rays and big fish that we can see in the summer, we also have very nice underwater landscapes to explore here around Pico Island all year round!
Think about lava arches and reef structures, caves, steep drop offs, pinnacles and a lot more!

Diving in spring might not be for everyone, the water is greener and colder than we are used to here in The Azores.
But there is plenty to see for the people that are willing to brave the cold water!
There are in fact many species that we only see during this time of year.
One of these species is the thornback ray, such beautiful and unique rays!

CW Azores is looking for a experienced divemaster for our upcoming season!
We are looking for a hard-working, energetic and flexible person to help us out this summer.
You will mainly be doing dive check-ins, guiding dives, including shark and Princess Alice expeditions and you will be involved with all aspects of a busy dive centre, among other tasks.

Minimum Requirements:

- Divemaster certification with professional status (assistant instructor/instructor preferred)
- Own equipment.
- European driver's licence.
- European recognised boating licence.
- Be available between half May till half October 2025.

What we can offer:

- Accommodation during your stay on Pico Island.
- Legal contract.
- Monthly salary.
- World class diving experience in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean, while being part of a highly dynamic team.

Please note that this is a seasonal position in a challenging and busy dive destination.
Only apply if you meet the minimum requirements.
