As an offering to the community I'll be running a class for women only at the beach - hoping for Meia Praia but this will be weather/wind dependant 🤣💨🌊💛

Class information
~29/3 at 9.30am for 1 hour
~Please bring a matt, towel, water, swimmers and suncream (if the sun's out)
~ pm to reserve your spot.

I'd be grateful if the community can reshare the post so it gets more reach!

Word of mouth grew my business alot this year. Thank you thank you to my pilates family for recommending me. I'm not the best at taking pictures when teaching, to busy spotting & correcting 😅✨️

I've been moving a lovely Dutch family and their friends who always bring the best attitude & good vibes. We always train together when they come home to Lagos, can't wait till when they are back again. I Love to teach outside in nature, especially with ocean views. 🌊💚✨️🔥🫶
