studio lately.

feels a bit funny to say this in august, but i have decided to start documenting more of what goes on here.

the painters have finally finished the patio. 🌿

next up is project patio. i want to make it a little bit more inviting.

the donated succulents are surviving august... just.

loved having the regulars and the holiday makers in this summer. ✨

and there is someone new on the timetable. sundays at 9:45 with seon.

september is coming. advanced reformer and tower classes, plus pilates for golfers.

There are no neon signs at the studio. No selfie corner. 🧡

There are reformers, towers, plants that get watered, and people in their 50s, 60s and 70s doing serious work with a lot of laughing.

This studio was built for how it feels, not how it photographs. ☀️

Although between us, I think it photographs quite nicely too.

Fine until hole 12. Stretching against the buggy on 13. ⛳

Booking the massage but never fixing the reason you keep needing it.

Your back is not the problem. It is covering for hips and a mid back that stopped rotating.

Train the rotation and the back nine stops being a countdown. 💪

Spot the sofa arm. Plan the route down. Plan the route back up.

The grandchildren do not play where it is comfortable. They play on the floor.

Getting down and up again is strength, hips and confidence. All three are trainable. 💪
