SPOT THE DIFFERENCE

It isn't that hard!

Standard club volley: No foreward movement, no shoulder turn, arm too far way from body. Its going to go wrong.

Advanced volley: Body going to the ball, shoulder turn with use of left hand, all weight going into the ball creating that 'pop'
