10 YEARS. BUILT TOGETHER.
Two days away from our usual routines.
Two days to challenge ourselves, step outside our comfort zones, laugh, talk, listen — and think about how we work together and what we want to keep building.
We were pushed beyond our usual roles — testing how we communicate, adapt and perform together.
And, somewhere in between, we marked 10 years of Vilamoura Sailing.
The people in these photographs are part of that story. But they are not the whole story.
Over the past decade, many people have helped build what Vilamoura Sailing is today — colleagues who were part of the team at different moments, partners who believed in the project, and the sailors, coaches, federations and clients who trusted us and kept coming back.
Some were with us for years. Others crossed our path for a shorter time. All left something behind.
So this moment belongs to them too.
Ten years were built through thousands of days, decisions, challenges — and people pulling in the same direction.
To everyone who has been part of these first 10 years, and to those who continue to build what comes next: thank you.
