COMPORTA RESIDENCY 🌾

For the next week, Frequency takes up residence at JNcQUOI Club Comporta.

A week of intentional movement, slower mornings, and our signature reformer classes in one of Portugal’s most beautiful settings.

This residency is exclusively for JNcQUOI Club members, but we’d love to welcome our Frequency community too.

We’re planning one special Open Day, and we’d love your input.

☀️ HIGH FREQUENCY SUMMER ☀️

As summer settles into Lisbon, we’re making a few adjustments to our schedule while keeping the energy high.

From July 23 – August 23, we’ll be running a reduced summer timetable. Please check the updated schedule in Momence before booking your classes.

Please note:
• From July 24 – July 30, we’ll have a reduced number of reformers available, so we highly recommend booking your classes in advance.
• More times coming in September :)

Comporta, we’re raising your frequenSEA. 🌊

This summer, Frequency is taking over JNcQUOI Comporta for a week-long residency, bringing our signature resistance-based reformer method to one of Portugal’s most iconic summer destinations.

Daily sessions will be reserved for JNcQUOI members from 24–30 July, with one special Open Day exclusively for the Frequency community.
