✨ Move with Intention, Teach with Purpose, Join Frequency ✨

The Frequency Method is a high-intensity, low-impact practice on custom resistance machines. It’s physical and technical, but just as much about presence, rhythm, and how you hold space.

This training is for movers who want to deepen their practice and for those ready to step into teaching with clarity, confidence, and intention.

Over four full days, you’ll train inside the studio. Each day begins with a full class, followed by technique, breakdowns, cueing, musicality, class structure, and hands-on practice.

Graduates receive certification, post-training support, and the opportunity to be considered for teaching at Frequency.

Spaces are limited to keep the experience personal and intentional.
