🌱🌍 Planting Roots, Leaving a Legacy
📍 Torres Vedras | Employment@Sport Legacy Action

As part of our environmental commitment, and to help offset the ecological footprint of our international event, trees were planted this November - the ideal season for planting in the region. 🌳💚

Although they couldn’t be planted during Employment@Sport Week, the spirit of the project lived on through a beautiful symbolic action led by children from a local school, who planted the trees on behalf of our participants.

💬 And even more special - each tree was named after one of the participants of Employment@Sport Week. A living tribute to the values of sustainability, connection, and legacy.

This initiative shows that:
✅ Sport can inspire environmental awareness
✅ Local action can reflect European collaboration
✅ Young people — at every level — are the driving force for change

Thank you to the Municipality of Torres Vedras and the local school for making this lasting gesture possible. 🌍💪
