Making Education Feel Human Again

Friday evening was special.

I had the honour of being the keynote speaker at the graduation ceremony for students at .

My talk was called “The Future is Uncertain… and That’s Okay.”

The message was simple: uncertainty isn’t something to fear. The future becomes clearer through action. You don’t build confidence by having all the answers, you build it by taking the next step, learning, adapting, and moving forward.

It was a privilege to speak to more than 300 students, families, and staff as they celebrated this milestone.

A huge congratulations to the 2026 graduates.

I was in Munich last week wrapping up Bora Training with teachers at

Yes, we explored coaching skills. But the real magic was watching teachers:

Because school culture isn’t built through posters or polished values statements.

It’s built in the everyday interactions between the students/staff inside the building.
