With Daily Glide we share a different vision on surfing. In our vision we care more about flow and connection rather than performance.

For us surfing is more than a sport. It’s a way to live, connect, express and move. The surf slows us down, allowing us to reconnect with nature. We believe the best waves are not about performance, but all about the memories we create around them.

Through surf guiding, longboard coaching and alternative surfcraft, we invite you to discover and connect with the Portuguese coastline, the waves, the people and the culture.

Hi, I'm Quentin.

I grew up in Portugal and have spent at least 24 years of my life in the ocean. For the past 10 years, I’ve been teaching surfers of all levels, from complete beginners to experienced surfers looking to improve their surf and their understanding of the ocean. Surfing became my way of living, being part of a community, a culture and it is my source of connection and learning.

Recently I found myself moving away from the high performance surfing and reconnecting with a slower and more intentional approach through longboarding and alternative surfcraft.

I’m happy to share my passion and this journey with others. Whether through guiding, coaching or sharing stories after a surf session, my goal is to help people enjoy their surf and experience the ocean in a different way.
