What is mind development... that is a question deserving concern...
Do we practice the mind through the breath? Movement? Reading?
I think it can clearly be more than that...
The real challange for the mind is life and an attitude of calmness through life challanges and emotions can be the goal of the mind practice.
Opening the mind on storys, history, perspectives... being challanged by another way of seeing things and experiencing things in other ways.
But resting is really an important task for this century!
Processing things... being mindfull...
Giving the mind some rest on letting things go.. on not fighting against one thoughts or feelings..
Imagine if you were constantly beating the body up and having weights constantly on your ankles.. could you just drop them? Or would you keep handling life with them?
The Mind is a lot of things, it's body too, it's the Soma.
Separaring it?
What are we speaking when we think about the mind?
The central nervous system?
The cortex?
Mind is thinking and feeling in the stillness of the Body.
Mind is yin and Body is yang
