❤️‍🔥CUTTING EDGE Class ❤️‍🔥
✅ LEVEL UP YOUR EDGEWORK game by focusing on glides, skates, and other split grip tricks to CREATE NEW, INTERESTING PATHWAYS that your body wants to explore.
✅ We will work with a sequence to incorporate these elements, followed by some PROMPT BASE FREESTYLES to add texture, and personal style.

❤️‍🔥 HEELS FLOORWORK ❤️‍🔥
✅ CONNECT TO THE FLOOR IN YOUR HEELS more deeply and intentionally!
✅ You will learn how to UTILIZE THE HEELS TO YOUR ADVANTAGE to make interesting shapes, lines, and pathways completely on the floor.
✅ We will start with a grounded warmup, followed by drilling new skills specific to heels and the floor.
✅ We will then marry it all together in a sequence, using prompts to ADD INDIVIDUAL STYLE and texture to these new skills!

⚫ STATIC ROTATIONS WORKSHOP
➡️ In this workshop you'll be introduced to some basic ways to start your rotations journey, with rotation combos that don't include inversions (and for advanced students, inversions and also aysha twisted may be included).
➡️ Karem will introduce you to intricate combos that challenge your coordination and patience.
➡️ Learn how to engage the right muscles, control your moves, and use your lines to create beautiful, seamless rotations.

⚫ LEVEL: beginner and above (must be comfortable with most of leg hangs).
