Recovery from almost anything!
The flu season is in full swing, and I have noticed that recovery this time around was so hard. Until I pulled out my trusted recipe, and within 2 days, I am feeling upbeat again!

Recipe:
- 2 inches ginger
- 2 small pieces fresh turmeric
- cold press machine
- 100 ml water (more equals, harder to consume)
- 1 tsp honey

Don't think and gulp it down. Let it settle for a half hour before having anything else.

Maximum for 3 to 5 days.
