Shinobi Academy are now running 1 -on-1 private and small group budo Martial Art Camps. They are designed and tailor made to suit the person, so age is not important. Have you always wanted to learn martial arts, learn budo (the way of the warrior), but thought you had left it too late, or you are too out of shape? The Bulletproof courses are designed for people like you, with little or no experie

nce in martial arts and to access yourself through martial ways. We offer weekend to week long courses in a mix of martial arts: from Muay Thai to Jiu-Jitsu and Ninjutsu to Iaido (weapons). The camps are at your own pace, your own level and solely focused on you and being the best you can be. The only one you are competing against is yourself. Make the first step, send us an email. Learn and understand food and take back control of how you look, feel and perform. Understand the basics of food composition, how different foods work in the body. Get in the best shape of your life without following a fad diet! Eating is a lifestyle, something you must do everyday, so why not learn how to use food to your benefit.
