Cancelamento do evento😪😷

Chegou o momento das maiores decisões por parte de todos os participantes, ou seja, as inscrições com o compromisso monetário de todos. Para evitar isso, com a situação imprevisível que atravessamos, decidimos pelo cancelamento do Pan Gathering 2021, ao mesmo tempo que assumimos a candidatura e o compromisso para vos receber a todos, de forma segura e sem sobressaltos no Pan Gathering 2022.
- com base na atual situação epidemiológica de toda a Europa de forma geral, com diferentes politicas de fronteira e com a imprevisibilidade conhecida por todos, da possibilidade de entrada em determinados Países, com quarentenas exigidas;
- com base na atual situação da epidemia em Portugal, com os números a subir bastante, embora de forma menos gravosa e com a extensão da data programada para a tão desejada imunidade de grupo;
- com base no conhecimento passado, de surtos muito complicados a nível local, de forma completamente imprevisível e de possível repetição, fechando ou condicionando a deslocação dos participantes;
Estamos convictos que esta decisão é a melhor a tomar em prol de todos os participantes, embora saibamos que individualmente poderá causar alguns transtornos com férias já marcadas e com as expectativas criadas.
Mas mais convictos estamos que, em prol da segurança de todos, é a melhor decisão.
Esperamos poder concretizar a organização do Pan Gathering 2022 e cá vos esperamos com toda a nossa disponibilidade e hospitalidade.
Será um grande evento, para todos.

The time for the biggest decisions by all participants arrived, that is, the registrations with the monetary commitment of all. To avoid this, with the unpredictable situation we are going through, we have decided to cancel the Pan Gathering 2021, at the same time, taking on the application and the commitment to welcome you all, safely and smoothly in the Pan Gathering 2022.
- based on the current epidemiological situation throughout Europe in general, with different border policies and with the unpredictability known to all, of the possibility of entry into certain countries, with required quarantines;
- based on the current situation of the epidemic in Portugal, with the numbers going up a lot, although in a less serious way and with the extension of the programmed date for the much desired group immunity;
- based on past knowledge, of very complicated outbreaks at the local level, in a completely unpredictable way and possible repetition, closing or conditioning the movement of participants;
We are convinced that this decision is the best one to take for the benefit of all participants, although we know that individually it may cause some inconvenience with vacations already scheduled and with the expectations created.
But we are more convinced that, for everyone's safety, it is the best decision.
We hope to be able to carry out the organization of the Pan Gathering 2022 and we await you here with all our availability and hospitality.
It will be an great event to everyone.
