Taking this opportunity to remember the first day in Santa Maria da Feira in 2008 but also the beautiful 10 year anniversary celebration we had in Warsaw in 2018! 14 years, two countries, hundreds of players and countless smiles later, the dream continues! ❤️ Thank you all!

This month of June marks 30 years since I started playing tennis. I'll sum it all up by saying that the tennis court has always been and still is my safe haven, the place where I am never unhappy and where I connect with the deepest essence of my being. And perhaps that's the greatest gift tennis has given me, the chance to discover who I truly am and share it with the world.

Truly a pleasure to play today in the indoor courts of Monte Aventino! And a great opportunity to introduce another friend of TEAM ETCAF, Giorgio from 🇮🇹 who has been playing tennis for more than 10 years and is currently living and studying in Porto! We've been having some great and intense practice sessions in the past weeks!!! Forza! 💪💪💪💪

Today I ran into a group of pickleball enthusiasts and had the chance to play with them for a while! Now I know why this is the fastest growing sport in USA: it's fun, social and relatively easy to play regardless of age! But my heart belongs to tennis forever! 😎😊

DARE TO DREAM BIG!!!

Four years ago today I ran my first Giant Tennis Lesson in Warsaw with 19 participants!

What started as a crazy idea, to see how many people I could get on a tennis court at the same time for a tennis lesson, led to a year of 2018 filled with giant lessons, several dozens of people from all over the world playing tennis with TEAM ETCAF and tons of great moments in and out of the court!

To this day, I'm still amazed to look at the pictures and realize how many people took a "leap of faith" and joined the somehow outlandish ideas of a Portuguese tennis coach in Warsaw! 😅😎

And for that, I'm forever grateful 🙏

It was a real pleasure to share the court with Max during his weekend visiting Porto. He started playing tennis with TEAM ETCAF Warsaw in early 2018 as one of the many dozens of people that participated in my somewhat crazy Giant Tennis Lessons. He's been playing regularly ever since and it was great to see his improvement as a player. And, on a side note, it's very interesting to realize the practical effects of somehow random ideas that are born out of my passion for this sport: not only tennis gained a new fan but I also gained a great friend. And that's the beauty of it all! See you soon! 🎾🎾🎾💪💪💪
