As usual TRF’s Marija Pipiraitė-Grumbinė finishes La Sportiva Lavaredo Ultra Trail by UTMB 120km +5800m race with a smile, despite the fact that she had to solve trail running puzzles along the whole way. Hugs!

“The Lavaredo 50K pushed me both physically and mentally. Steep climbs, breathtaking views, the incredible scenery of the Dolomites reminded me exactly why I love trail running. But also plenty of moments where I questioned what I had signed up for and waited 3 years to get a spot. I was so focused on the race that I completely forgot my usual master discipline: eating. Safe to say that catching up on calories after the finish line became part of the recovery plan. Not every kilometer felt good, but giving up was never an option. Every climb, every challenge, and every moment of doubt made crossing the finish line even more rewarding. The incredible crowd cheering for every hero along the finish line, was a goosebump moment I will never forget. A huge thank you to my coach Gediminas Grinius and Trail Running Factory for the guidance, the training, and the belief in me throughout this journey. Your support made this achievement possible, and I'm incredibly grateful to have you in my corner.
