🌷WOMAN'S HEALTH.
Workouts are suitable for beginners and those who want to restore health after ✅️childbirth, ✅️injuries, ✅️improve overall well-being, ✅️gently stretch the whole body, ✅️relieve tension from the back, neck, ✅️improve posture, open the chest.

We will ✔️strengthen the buttocks, abdominal muscles, ✔️increase flexibility, ✔️improve joint mobility.

Special attention will be paid to the pelvic floor muscles in order to eliminate the problems of 🤫incontinence during coughing, sneezing, physical exertion, 🤫omission of internal organs and other unpleasant conditions.

🔥REGGAETON.
It combines many modern trends: hip-hop, dancehall, twerk, latin. The basis is ✔️rhythmic movements of the chest, hips, shaking (shake).
This dance helps to keep yourself in a ✔️good physical shape, while enjoying the process 🥰.
