Happy New. Year fabulous beings!!

Energy wise, 2024 is looking amazing.
We will see things settle in. Humanity is finally ready to accept our new reality and the ones who could not operate in this environment have removed themselves.
We will see a time of people openly embracing change and new ways of doing things - and I am pretty excited about this.

We will tap further into ourselves and bring forth our unique inner gifts at even higher levels than before, so it will be important to create additional space in our lives in 2024 to allow breathing room for this to happen.

Health will improve for firstly people (and we will see some bigger institutions adapting as well) and then for mother earth, as energy density and fluxes of energy settle down a bit, that should see us feeling more on an even keel.
I am sure life will continue to teach us things and direct us in bizarre ways, but this will be easier to assimilate with the new energies for 2024.

I am looking forward to a deep and peaceful year ahead myself with less travel and more inner focus while concentrating my external efforts on impacting the earths vibrations in delicious ways.

I couldn't be prouder of this beautiful young lady....
Not only did she get nominated for the best PT in Auckland this year, she gets paid to be an influencer just like she said she would (despite everyone telling her that wasn't realistic), she supports herself entirely from running her own successful business ( her first business was started at 9 lol) - and now.... she just landed with ease the best possible PT gig available in NZ.

Here's to moving pond sizes for growth madam C - love you to the moon and back.

Happiness is easier to find than I thought... lasting happiness requires inner peace... and THAT is harder to find.

I have been on a quest for years to allow peace into my life, but now that I have it, I can see that I was approaching it from the wrong angle. I treated it like any other goal, I set markers and actions, and got frustrated as heck when it did not materialise like all the other things I set my mind too.

Peace does not come through actions.
Peace comes through surrender.

Surrender involves:
staying in the present moment
tapping into intuition
ensuring your energy is clear
doing the inner work on your beliefs

I love getting older, I really do.
Every year I get happier and happier, and healthier and healthier.

Oh my lord I am excited to begin the Frequency Rest.... (not too late to join us, link in bio on insta). By day three of the frequency reset these are the shifts you will begin to notice:

* your liver will have awoken from its slumber
* your mind will be starting to de-frag - which will be allowing the ‘real’ things your soul wants you to hear to rise to the surface
* your joints will be feeling a little freer (toxins get trapped there and you are removing those)
* you will be beginning to notice the energy around you more: the people you hang with, how a TV show makes you feel, how you feel in one place over another - this knowledge is GOLD and will allow you to control your frequency into the future

My frequency got very low during August, and it is time to get it back on track.
I am tired.
My SIBO symptoms have returned.
My digestion is terrible.
My sleeping patterns have been disrupted.
And I am tad grumpy lol.

And ya'll know that energy matters most to me!!
When our frequency is high we attract high frequency things: relationships, surprises, money, health...

LAST YEAR around this time I did a massive health and energy reset and I am going to repeat it this year - but this time I am inviting you along for the ride...I will be embarking on a 2 week journey to reset my frequency - it involves both diet and energy practices

Why? Well my frequency got lowered in Mexico and allowed me to onboard a low frequency parasite (guardia) and it has kicked off: really bad bloat; digestive upset; low energy; grumpiness; lack of enthusiasm - and it is time to get back my frequency back up in the stratosphere it belongs in.

I’m getting really excited about doing a Frequency Reset with you all. It will be a three pronged approach …

The first prong is digestion:

🌸 when our digestion is sluggish we can’t remove toxins - a build up of toxins muddies your frequency making it heavy.

🌸 When our enzymes are not working properly we can’t extract the nutrients we need to stay in a high frequency

🌸 When we are not eliminating correctly we hold onto other stuff too

🌺 When we are eating low frequency food we are of course going to have a low frequency ourselves

Our inability to say NO permeates everything.

It is true what they say, the way we do one thing is how we do everything...
When we have trouble saying no to others, we also tend to have trouble saying no to ourselves.... and sometimes we need to hear no.

No to the bottle of wine.
No to the toxic person trying to gossip with us.
No to the loud environment that is killing your peace buzz.
No to the chocolate cake that is stealing your energy.
No to the job that is stealing your joy while padding out your wallet.

When we cannot say no,
we have no room for that which would serve us better.

Last year I did a massive health reset and it did amazing things for me.
I have let lower energies enter my body (I have a parasite actually from Mexico) and I am feeling it.

My purpose on this planet 🌎 is to raise the frequency and help others raise their energy - but that doesn’t mean that my energy is always high frequency.

It’s easy to get imposter syndrome, to feel unqualified to assist others when you are not a prefect example at this particular time, to feel unworthy, to shrink your light or procrastinate, to avoid putting offers out, and to hide away when you should be showing up as you are.

But SHOW UP we must.
Sadness only ever enters my life when I step away from my values and purpose.
Things in life can be a literal sh*tstorm (yes you August), your energy can be off, you can feel like a failure… but show up you must!

Don’t let the way you feel dictate the actions you take.

The fastest way to feeling great about the actions you need to take is to take the action!

We have it the wrong way around, we wait until we feel worthy of taking the action, instead of taking the action which makes us feel worthy.

So here is your long winded message to TAKE ACTION REGARDLESS OF HOW YOU ARE FEELING TODAY
