Is it ok to exercise in a hot weather? Yes, but choose indoor, mild exercises: slowdown your gym routine, avoid too much cardio. Barre, Body Balance, Stretching, Yoga are great. It’s maybe best time to try new Mind and Body exercises like Tai-Chi?

Drink during and after exercise and other physical activities. At other times of the day, drink when thirsty. Avoid drink too much water, called overhydration. It can lead to a problem called hyponatremia (low blood sodium). If you feel dizzy just have a break!

How long does it take you to learn K-pop song choreography? From 5 days to a month depend on your level and choreography. How do we learn?

Dance Camp 5 days Plan:

Day 1 - Intro and Verse (usually easier and most enjoyable) to get a taste and start the fun!
Day 2 - Difficult choreography parts, Chorus (usually longer and more complex) Intro to a structure
Day 3 - Difficult transitions, Chorus and Bridge
Day 4 - Chorus, Additional parts and moves, Transitions and full track
Day 5 - Emotions and detail - full fun and presentation!

Warm up with useful moves for the choreography
Learning each part slowly ( I’m preparing slow parts of the track)
Learning the most difficult parts individually and in small groups
Full speed runs
Listening and understanding structure and lyrics make it easier to remember the sequences
Repeat Repeat and Repeat!
