I don't think 23-year-old me had any idea what she was doing. 😂

She loved teaching, movement, and people, and Pilates felt right from the start.

Looking back, there was no master plan, just small decisions - some made sense then, others didn't. Yet, they all led me here.

Now, nearly 41 years in, I'm just lucky to love what I do.
